Yep, just passed through a week without traffic problem in Jakarta. Compared to last year, this year is a bit different, most of the stores were still open and food stores and restaurants were counting quick money since people need them so bad.
Ancol was full, puncak was jammed, Taman Mini? I didn’t see Taman Mini in the news. Shopping Malls were also very crowded, so where did I go last week?
I was sleeping in my home
Just watched The Departed (starring Matt Damon, Leo Di Caprio, and Jack Nicholson). Compared to Infernal Affair (IA), this film is losing everything except good and famous casts. You should watch IA if you said The Departed is an Oscar condender. IA is really an efficient storytelling film, keep every scene worth telling, and natural film-ending.
Comparing an adaptation film may not be unfair for some people, but I have to put some points in Tony Leung’s performance, that you couldn’t find that quality in Leonardo Di Caprio.
Firstly open the site, I found it was a brilliant idea to get money, just to create 1000 slot and wait for blogger to buy a slot for $3, so people entering this main site will probably pick your blog site by your image/photo.

The final day finally came. I had to leave this island and back to reality. As I could tell, you’ll have different feeling when you were waiting for a airplane to take you home compared to waiting for boat. The boat definitely had magical tricks to make you feel sad and blank.
So good bye to Pabelokan Island. I just thought that I could land this island once. No future chance except something would happen. Crossing Kepulauan Seribu with blue water, until I found that the water is dark and brown..yep, I had arrived in Jakarta Bay.
This afternoon, I woke up from a good nap with a sorrow feeling. I had to left this island next morning. Well this last week definitely is a break for me, escape from reality. Imagine to work while have some fun, this is the place! But too long staying here will also be boring since activities are limited.
Hey, no time for more talking, I have to spend my time effectively here tonight. See you on Jakarta tomorrow.
Sunny day was really a good day here. I went to the beach area, watched un-boring ocean waves. Probably I come to this island in the right time, during full-moon period and in non-rainy season, so I got all the best from this island. Good sun and Perfect moon.

In the night, the moon covered by huge cloud that I couldn’t see my own hand. It was a dark night for couple hours, and imagine people took boat for a walk without any light. So really the moon is a good companion for sailor, it light up the night and guide them to their destination. |
There’s something unique here. You can’t differenciate Sunday and Monday and the other days. Every day is a working day here, 7 days a week. So nothing was special on Sunday. But for me, ha.. took some extra fun on this day.
I went to the beach, sat on a blockage made from stone to restrict people jumping into the water. Yes, swimming even walking on the water is not allowed. So you can image like working on Bali but you are not allowed to swim of surf. Sitting there made me happier and feeling good. Especially when my body was splashed with sea water until all wet.
Saturday night was a full-moon night. Also a very bright night to spend my time on the beach. It was a romantic night minus creatures called women. Ha.. yep.. it had been several days I didn’t see pretty girls
