City, My Journey 8 Countries, 2 Continents, 22 Days: My Trip was finally over Published on 22 March 2008 By Alisanta Finally I arrived at Jakarta after traveling for 22 days. From Feb 29th to March 22nd, started from Jakarta to Singapore, Shanghai, London, Rome, Florence, Venice, Paris, Amsterdam, Mainz, Frankfurt and return back to Shanghai, Singapore, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, and back to Jakarta. It was quite a long journey, involving many cities and transfer. From airport to other airports, from one railway to others. Exhausting? A bit, but it was a great and unforgettable experience since it was my first time to Europe. The weather in March was still cold, from zero to 12 Celcius, so almost all of my photos were in leather jacket and sweater. Luckily I had a chance to see rain water turned into snow drops although just less in a minute in a freezing cold night. Here I upload some photos taken using my Sony CyberShot DSC-T1. The camera have been serving for almost 4 years and something, producing 5000+ pics and yet to be replaced. I brought a tripod so I could take picture together with my wife without asking for person's help. As T1 owners might know, the camera didn't come with a tripod hole, that means it was not design to work with all tripods. With a bit tweaking (I'll explain it in later blog), it could be done. Enjoy my highlight photo. I'll post more detail trip of each city in next post!
