Indosat Matrix Auto: is it worthed?

What makes Indonesian phone users afraid of postpaid service is afraid of over use of calls. Calling without limit will make people unaware that they have spend a lot of money just for chit chat. Then Matrix Auto should be a solution for that. It is basically GSM postpaid based, but with limit. Different from current Matrix, this Matrix Auto is based on IM3, thus number prefix will be 0855. You can decide the limit on registration, let's say Rp 200,000. Then after use the card and reach that limit you will be reminded that it will switch to pre-paid mode. That means you must refill or top-up the card with IM3 voucher obtained from street vendors.

All rates will be flat for postpaid and prepaid, that is Rp 85/second to call Indosat mobiles.  Is that cheap? Let's continue reading..

Album Review: Jay Chou - On The Run

A long awaiting album finally came up yesterday, latest album of Jay Chou ??? named On The Run which is taken from first tract title Cowboy on the run (????). It is released on Nov 2, 2007 but has already been available at torrent download and forum site since night Nov 1.

I recommend you to clear away any expectations from your mind. This album is very fresh in music and style meanwhile still retain Jay's unique singing technique. You should not compare it to previous albums as I think Jay also tries to do some experimental changes. I can say that I love all the tracks in this album. Each track has a hit-point and very easy will top all charts.

I love this track since beginning. Old Cowboy mixed in fast-paced music but will not make you as old as lau-ah-ma.

Slow and melodic song, accompanied only with guitars at the beginning. Easily bring you into karaoke box lah..

24 hours after its launching, I tried to find ISO file at mininova.org and sadly only got 1 seeder. Then in Sunday night (GMT+7) I found that there are already hunders of seeder providing the latest Mac OS X 10.5. The file size is 6.56GB, fit into 2 DVD Single Layer. You need Nero or other burning tool to burn the ISO Image into DVD Disc.

Since my connection is just cable with 384kbps, I just can wait until torrent seeder reaches thousands before start downloading.

New Ride: Tornado at Dufan Theme Park

Yesterday I went to Dunia Fantasi Ancol Theme Park. Using free ticket got from Giant, with Yulia we entered the largest theme park in Southeast Asia. Yep, this time in Bulan Ramadhan we got few queue in most of the rides. It has been almost one year since my last visit, so many improvement have been worked.

The main attaction promoted heavily on newspaper is Tornado. It is basically sit-and-twisted ride, similar to Kicir-Kicir, but in bigger vehicle.
