Upcoming Blockbusters: Brother ??

The cast lineup definitely will bring you to cinema chair. Starring Andy Lau, Michael Miu, Eason Chan, Ken Tong, Felix Wong Yat Wah. Four of them are The Tigers minus Tony Leung. With 'Karaoke King' Eason Chan, you can have high expectation to this movie. Tony was reported could not join this movie with his busy schedule, but rumors told that it was due to his previous not-to-good relation to Four Tigers.

Synopsis (maybe you should not read it):
An intense drama on the portrayal of brotherhood. BROTHERS depicts the mistrust and feud between two brothers through the eyes of an investigating police officer. Despite their close relationship, Yiu and Shun were separated at a young age due to a decision made by their father. Years later they meet again when the family runs into crisis where Yiu, inspired by his father's last words, manipulates a series of setups which endangers Shun's life, so as to achieve his goal.

24 hours after its launching, I tried to find ISO file at mininova.org and sadly only got 1 seeder. Then in Sunday night (GMT+7) I found that there are already hunders of seeder providing the latest Mac OS X 10.5. The file size is 6.56GB, fit into 2 DVD Single Layer. You need Nero or other burning tool to burn the ISO Image into DVD Disc.

Since my connection is just cable with 384kbps, I just can wait until torrent seeder reaches thousands before start downloading.

New Ride: Tornado at Dufan Theme Park

Yesterday I went to Dunia Fantasi Ancol Theme Park. Using free ticket got from Giant, with Yulia we entered the largest theme park in Southeast Asia. Yep, this time in Bulan Ramadhan we got few queue in most of the rides. It has been almost one year since my last visit, so many improvement have been worked.

The main attaction promoted heavily on newspaper is Tornado. It is basically sit-and-twisted ride, similar to Kicir-Kicir, but in bigger vehicle.

New Corridor Line for Jakarta Busway

Get ready for more traffic jam! Yesterday I passed S. Parman street in front of Slipi Jaya Plaza just found that workers were preparing for busway lane construction. It must be a heavy traffic since this main road is very crowded during day. It must be Busway Line 9: Pinang Ranti - Pluit. Can you imagine that is a main path from North to the South East? Although it will cover all the city with busway, but I just can't imagine how my way is to city if I don't take toll-road starting from tomorrow.

Although it is expected to operate on September 2008, new buses for those corridors have not been ready yet. So they are considering to open one or two corridors or delay all of them until end of the year.

So the govenment is building new lines:

Lebak Bulus-Ciputat Raya-TB Simatupang-Pasar Jumat-Metro Pondok Indah-Iskandar Muda-Teuku Nyak Arif-Letjen Supomo-Jl Panjang-Daan Mogot-S Parman-Tomang Raya-Kyai Caringin-Balik Papan-Suryopranoto-Harmoni.
